A family consultation can be held in the comfort of your home, via Zoom, or at a private location within your community. During the family consultation, we may discuss in more detail the journey that you and your loved one are currently on and assist with what to expect for the future journey as well. We can also provide more resources to you and your family as well as continuous support.
