ALZNI partners with facilitators across our region to host support groups for caregivers of those living with Alzheimer's disease and other memory loss.
Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services offers over 20 different professionally-facilitated support groups. Support groups are proven to reduce the stress levels of those caring for loved ones with dementia. These groups promote friendship and bolster support of each of their members. Get answers to questions you may be having. Find out what works for others. Share what is working for you. Touch base with peers who are living through much the same journey as you and your own family. Support groups are held both in-person and virtually so there are many options to connect. Some groups even offer adult day services at no cost while you attend a meeting.
