Free Memory Screenings can assist you and your physician in uncovering early, mild cognitive impairments as well as monitoring significant memory decline.
Memory Screenings are short, in-person interviews conducted by trained staff members. These screenings are free to the community and consist of certified staff asking a variety of questions to determine the abilities of one’s thinking, judgment, and memory skills. The screenings are confidential and private. Often times they are a great tool to have as a baseline assessment for your physician to review with you at your next appointment.
The screenings are brief—plan for about 20 minutes—and an appointment is required.
