Continuing Education
REAL Services (Parent company of The Institute for Excellence in Memory Care) is approved by Indiana State Board of Health Facility Administrators to sponsor continuing education credit under the CE Sponsor –HFA license # 98000594A.

Institute for Excellence in Memory Care, #1713, is approved to offer social worker continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Institute for Excellence in Memory Care maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: 6-14-2020 to 4-14-2023. Social workers participating in this course will receive 1.0 General continuing education credits.

Evaluations
We look forward to hearing your feedback. After the training seminar, all attendees will receive an evaluation through e-mail. Your feedback is critical and will help guide programming of future education events.

To receive CEs participants are required to comply within the following:

Training Seminar Registration and Attendance
During registration please identify if you will need a HFA or Social Worker CE. Individuals must be present at the live interactive audio/video seminar. At the end of the seminar, participants will be required to fill out a online quiz and evaluation which will be sent to the e-mail address listed during registration. Participants have up to 5 working days to complete both quiz and evaluation. Participants will receive their CE certificate after the Institute for Excellence in Memory Care receives confirmation of completion of both quiz and evaluation.
